Automatic Fire Suppression System at Pacuales Station PETROCOMERCIAL

This 6 million US$ Project is a Procurement and Construction Project. It includes an automatic fire detection system with triple IR detectors, PLC and Scada System, New Fire Fighting Pump Units, a complete range of Pipelines, foam proportioning Units, Bladder Tanks, Foam Expansion Chambers. It includes also Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Automation Works for the entire diesel, gasoline and gas station that serves Guayaquil, Guayas and surroundings. This Project is in progress.

Parsons new Electrical Substation at La Libertad Oil Refinery - PETROINDUSTRIAL

This is an EPC Project with an amount of nearly of 800,000 US$. It included civil, and electrical works, a new MCC with device net, a new electrical substations, the entire power and control cabling, lighting, Air Conditioning and minor Works. Project just completed.

Cathodic Protection Projects for RECOPE in Costa Rica

We are developing five Cathodic protection projects for RECOPE (Oil Refinery in Costa Rica). In these project are included the protection of many AST Oil Tanks and Pipelines at Puerto Limón The Oil Refinery and Barranca Station. These projects started at 2008 and will finish 2010.

New Gas Scrubber at NPF for REPSOL

This project was performed from January – August 2008 with a total amount of 900,000 US$.  This EPC project included the installation of a 100.000 BPD scrubber, civil Work, mechanical, and automation Works and minor electrical Works. Due to this work we received a congratulation letter from our client.

Associated Gas Study forTivacuno field- Repsol

The aim of this Study was to define the best way to use the associated gas that comes out from the crude oil at Tivacuno Field in order to improve the Repsol electrical generation System and reduce diesel consumption. This Study was performed at 2007.

Electrical Distribution System for Repsol

This 20 MW EPC Project was performed at SPF in Repsol. It included a 20 MW Power Transformer, 34.5 kV and 13.8 kV Switchgears, Short Circuit, Flow and Protection Coordination Studies using ETAP software, civil work, New Substation Building and its facilities, power cable and control cable installation as well as automation work. Year  2007.

Electrical Studies and Detail Engineering for Pacifpetrol

The purpose of these studies was the revamp of the Gasoline Plant and the 13,8 kv Electrical Distribution System for Ancon Oil Field. Year 2007.

Gas Blanket EPC Project at NPF-Repsol.

The Scope of this Project was Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Starting up of the Gas Blanket Project at NPF in order to use the existing zero pressure associated gas for electrical generation purpose. Year 2006.

Gasoline and diesel Station at NPF-Repsol.

The scope included engineering, procurement and construction of a new Gasoline and diesel Station for internal operative use of Repsol fleet at NPF. Year 2006.

High Power water injection Pumping at IRO-Repsol.

Included Civil, mechanical electrical and automation Works to install a new pump system and its associated soft starter and piping. Year 2006.

CO2 Plant at Shushufindi Refinery-Petroindustrial

The aim of this Project was to filter the associated gas used for electrical generation purpose, using a Kvaerner Plant. Works included civil, mechanical, electrical and automation specialties. Year 2006.

Installation of 1,05 MW Waukesha gas engine Generator at NPF - Repsol.

The scope included civil, electrical, mechanical and automation work for the complete engineering, and installation of this generator set using the associated gas existing in this location. Year 2005-2006.

13.8 KV Bar Split at SPF-Repsol

This Bar Split Project improved the existing electrical-gas based- generation system and allowed to every unit to operate independently from the other units with their one facilities. Year 2005-2006.

EPC for a new 7,5 MW Electrical Substation at Esmeraldas Refinery- Petroindustrial

The work included civil, mechanical, electrical and automation Works to perform the engineering, procurement and installation of the new Substation A at Esmeraldas Refinery in order to allow the parallel operation of the existing 1110 KW pumps. Year 2004.

13.4 MW crude oil and gas electrical Generation System using 2 Wartsila Units

Installation of 2 Gen Set, 6,7 MW each. The Scope included Power House, Installation 2 skids with the engines and their associated generators using crude oil and gas at the same time. The work included a compression System, Gas Heating System, Piping, AST Tanks, Civil Works, electricity, automation. Client Wartsila (7 months. Finished in January 2004).

Petroecuador - Atacapi

The Project included Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Starting up of the entire gas gathering Compression Station. The Project included 2 gas compressor skids  each one of 1.2 MMSCFD, 2 liquid pumping skids, Power House, Civil, mechanical, electrical and automation works. Client PETROINDUSTRIAL (Finished during  2003).

Stabilization Unit at La Libertad Oil Refinery

We revamped the gasoline stabilization unit at La Libertad Oil Refinery, from 2000 BPD to 8000 BPD. The Project included process studies, engineering, procurement installation and starting up this system. We installed a Stabilization Tower, pumps, heat interchangers, piping and the new automation system. Year 2003. Client PETROINDUSTRIAL.

Heavy Crude Oil Pipeline OCP

We performed the inspection for the construction of the heavy crude oil Pipeline OCP. This was the biggest Project in Ecuador at that time, Included the long pipe line, AST Tanks, Engines, The pumping Stations, and offshore work : From 2001 to 2003. Client OCP. Constructor Techint.
